Thematic Sessions format

  • Each thematic session might be divided into oral and poster sessions
  • Each oral session will last 120 minutes.
  • Each oral presentation will last 20 minutes (15′ presentation + 5′ questions).
  • There is a maximum of four parallel oral sessions running at a time.
  • Poster session will last 120 minutes
  • The use of Shallow Lakes 2020 social media (e.g. Twitter, Instagram and Facebook page) may be considered to enhance audience interaction prior and during the session.
