Thematic Sessions format

  • Each oral presentation will be recorded in video and will last maximum 15 minutes. The videos will be available to all participants before the conference so the participants can watch all the oral presentations they want beforehand.
  • During the conference, each thematic session will last 90 minutes for questions and answers about the oral presentations and discussions about the theme of each session.
  • There will be a maximum of five parallel thematic sessions running at a time.
  • Each thematic session will be recorded and available to all participants during the conference so they can watch all parallel sessions they want afterwards.
